Responsible Sourcing – Audit Rating Non-Compliance
A factory may be found “Non-Compliant” in five different scenarios :
High Issues Count：40 or more compliance issues identified in any audit. At least 1 year non-compliance.
Strike 3：One or more serious compliance issues identified in the 3rd and final audit. At least 1 year non-compliance.
2 Denied：On two occasions, denied assessor entry or full access to complete a compliance audit. At least 1 year non-compliance.
Immediate Resolution：If an “immediate Resolution” the issue was identified and not resolved within 60 days from the initial audit, result at least 1 year non-compliance.
Severe：At any time, a zero tolerance issue identified, as 3 years non-compliance immediately.
Inaccurate audit – Factory was unable to locate or stopped production
