· When a factory engages in non-compliant production inviolation of the law and/or Walmart Standards resulting in aRed Failed assessment,the involved supplier is subject to a“Strike”.
當一個工廠因違反了當地法律法規(guī)和/或沃爾瑪標準而導致紅燈不合格結果時，相關連的供應商將得到一次“警告”。
· If a supplier receives 3 Strikes in a two year period,their business relationship with Walmart is subject topermanent termination.
若一個供應商在兩年內累計得到三次“警告”，其和沃爾瑪的生意伙伴關系將被永久終止。
1st STRIKE 第一次警告
· All current and future purchase orders with thesupplier’s factory will be cancelled.
該供應商的工廠現有和新訂單將被取消。
· Non-compliant products in production or unshipped fromthe violating factory will be rejected.
違規(guī)工廠的生產中或未裝船的不合格產品將被拒收。
· Violations will be recorded on a supplier’s matrix fortwo years from the audit date.
紅燈違規(guī)將被記錄在供應商的檔案中，并從審核日期起保留兩年。
· The relevant Retail Market, Merchant and/or SourcingTeam will be notified.
